Kheema is traditional meat dish. Spicy kheema is served with crispy and buttery pav. Kheema can be dry or gravy, as we want to have it, its on us. we should always have pav toasted in lot of butter then only it gives taste with kheema. Kheema is made traditional way adding lots of spices in it. We can have as snacks or main course.
Gulshan-e-Iran not so high place not even a proper restaurants, but the test of their is yummy, specially kheema pav world best taste we get there, at reasonable price. The 'PAV' is very important in this kheema recipe. It is special king of breads. The kheema in this recipe is juicy but not with too much gravy, it is dry enough to have it with pav.
We get in many places kheema pav but the taste we @ Gulshan is super tasty.
